So many victims have been harmed in Gilmer County by rape and mayhem condoned and sanctioned by the power elite and some victims left on their own with no attempts by law enforcement to make them whole in any way.

The local law enforcement which includes Gilmer County Sheriff Mickey Metz are politically controlled, and completely controlled by the CHURCH OF IKE, and Gilmer County and surrounding area’s are ruled by a totalitarian form of government, that is not only NOT LEGAL, but scary as hell!

Reported rapes, no prosecution, no coverage, multiple murders, feeble attempts at prosecution, vague coverage if any with no real information provided, reported child sexual abuse, no prosecution, no coverage, multiple drug busts, little prosecution, no news paper coverage, no follow through on any subject relevant to the life we really live. The people of Gilmer County are mad as hell and speaking out on forums and the Gilmer Free Press about the school system, both State and County …and the “Real Reason” for the school take over by the State!

GFP reveals the TRUTH about another MURDER in GILMER COUNTY!

Many times Gilmer County history has shown that officers of the court pre-arrange and pre-decide a case before it ever makes it into the courtroom despite the efforts of law officers to bring charges for the actual crime committed. This case is a very good example of a good ole back woods Gilmer County trial.

We learned specific information was given about the wrong doing of the previous Gilmer County Circuit Clerk David LAME Smith and the fact that two members of the jury were closely associated with the family of Everett Campbell has been revealed by people that were present in the courtroom at the time of the jury selection and trial. LAME should be in prison for this action.

The REAL STORY of what happened began earlier in the summer of 2006 took place in the early part of July that year. Everett and Mary Ann Campbell had mutually agreed for Mary Ann to have the kids for a while during the summer at her home in Moundsville, WV.

This mutual agreement was well within the guidelines of their divorce and the children truly enjoyed time with their mother, as all children would.

Mary Ann Campbell preferred this situation as she reports that many times she was forced to have sex with Everett Campbell long after they were divorced when she had to go to his families’ home to see the kids. The sex was all part of a contingency of being able to visit her children, which we are willing to wager, was not part of the divorce agreement through the courts.

The former Mrs. Campbell got to truly enjoy spending time with her kids, and got some quality alone time with them that any parent would treasure that summer of 2006 in Moundsville. She was finally happy, getting her life back together and having her kids gave her the balance she had been searching for, for many years. The children truly loved being with their mother that summer.

Things were going perfectly and all was well until one day Mary Ann received a call from the niece of Everett. She spoke to her, and it was a friendly conversation, but in reality the whole purpose of the phone call was a ruse for a hidden purpose involving Everett’s sister, Sue Ann Scott, who got on the phone with a phony story about how her brother never lets her see the kids, blah blah blah.

Mary Ann got played for her sympathy of the situation and being a good down home properly raised young woman, tried to do the right thing by Sue Ann, and invited her over to see the children. What Mary Ann did not know was that Everett had asked his sister to go get the kids and bring them home at all costs. The new scheme was certainly not part of the arrangement Everett had made with Mary Ann, but Mr. Campbell obviously had control issues.

During the very long battle of the Gilmer County Case of the Lone Meth Ranger Johnny Richards, evidence was destroyed, but the defense counsel Kevin Hughart still had his notes of the testimony in which the tape was lost on purpose. During the dispute Hugart’s office mysteriously burned down and SS sources say Gerald B Hough had it burned down. The office of BILL MARTIN – SUTTON the defendant counsel in the 5 year “Travesty” case, also had his office burned down while storing original documents pertaining to the AJ WOOFTER estate!

Sue Ann, through her false complaints and false story of wanting to see the kids, arranged to visit the Moundsville home, but when she arrived with her husband James they both asked if the kids could spend a week with them. The original purpose of the call and contact had immediately changed. That fact in itself would bring suspicion to the mind of any reasonable person.

What an awful feeling and what terrible thoughts must have been rushing through the young mothers mind. Motherly instincts are very real in nature, but the Childs Services and the courts, and other agencies seldom consider these emotions to the degree that they should be considered. To them it is often cut and dry and black and white and a matter of seeing that all the paper work is in order.

Most mothers would immediately get on the phone and start making calls, but for Mary Ann those calls went unanswered. Mary Ann wanted to call the police, but being young, was still a bit naïve about the wicked ways of the world and the crooked tricks of the jealous and evil.

Mary Ann was disturbed that Sue Ann Scott, her sister in law just stole her kids from the house and got away with it.  A lot of pent up emotions burst forth on that very hot summer afternoon that Mark Medley died.

The Butcher Bitches and the accepted deviant sexual behavior, Nasia Butcher, Casey Smith the sexual abuse of students, Crystal Metz, GCHS volleyball coach and her associates at the party in Charleston, parties with underage drinking involving other coaches, like the party and rape at the home of a well known power elite, crimes at Glenville State College involving football players, rapes, drugs etc. just to name of a few of the latest wrongdoings. After coming into town and having a confrontation in the parking lot of the former Sports Bar known as the Main Event, Mark Medley and Mary Ann called 911 since Glenville Police Chief had turned them down on the offer of an escort. The call somehow never got answered.

As soon as they showed up at a home owned by a man named Harold that was about 200 yards from the Glenville State Police office, Everett pulled in behind them and his sister Sue Ann ran up on the porch yelling, “Shoot them dad, shoot them!” Harold, the father of Everett and Sue Ann, had a long barrel high powered rifle loaded and ready to go on the porch.

Everett fired his 357 magnum within seconds of exiting his vehicle, but missed, he fired again hitting Mark Medley in the chest!!

Mark went down, and Mary Ann ran to him and tried to get him in the vehicle to escape, but he collapsed. Then, Everett came up behind Mary Ann, grabbed her by the hair, and stuck the 357 to her head and said, “I am going to shoot you next bitch!”

Medical teams were there in a few minutes and so were the WV State Police. Gilmer County Sheriff Mickey Metz showed up at the scene and found himself just directing traffic. Our research revealed when the medical team asked Mark if he had any allergies, he replied, “Yes I am allergic to mean people with guns!” Those were his last words!!

Mark died shortly after making that speech, while paramedics worked hard to revive him, but a 357 to the chest will kill you every time.

Anything holy or sacred or loving or involving the love of family members or holding close those that are truly part of you dissolves away very quickly in a Gilmer County courtroom in a situation already decided in advance by a hand-picked jury that was completely manipulated by the powers that be.

My answer is always the same. If you want to find out what is true in Glenville, the County Seat of Gilmer County, you will have to go there for yourself and witness the rape and witness the murder for yourself down by that Crooked River!

We have been a population of whimpering slaves to fear! Many have a fear of the threat of poverty, fear of random violence, fear of getting black-balled or fired , fear of getting evicted by one of the slum landlords  or suddenly being harassed by the law with trumped up charges for far too long.

Edwin Dale Kinnison was never prosecuted for rape at Glenville State College, in fact nobody is just to save the image of the College. Well whoever thought that save the image shit up needs to be educated to how many people they have harmed with their stupid bullshit! RAPE is Common Place at Glenville State College or anywhere in Gilmer County. Even the State Police are Crooked as fuck, they all play ball for the CHURCH OF IKE!

The local print media the Glenville Democrat under the direction of Dave Corcoran should have led the way out of this darkness but never bothered.  That’s not what keeps them getting the legal ads.  That’s not what serves their advertisers, and that is not what serves the Church of Ike Morris!

The media’s job is not to turn a blind eye but lack of good reporting has kept us all blind here in Gilmer County.. The media’s job is to report, period. It is the reason for their very existence.  Freedom of information is certainly known as one major difference between the USA and a third world country, isn’t it?  Not here.  We don’t have a newspaper, we have a chatty, get along,  news letter which supports the politico, not the people.

That is six thousand more than was spent on attorneys on the famous “Travesty of Justice Case” that was the longest court case in Gilmer County history going all the way to US Supreme Court with FALSE EVIDENCE backed by Gilmer County Commissioners and the Gilmer County Sheriff and prosecutors office. Yes, it’s hard to survive doing the honest and right thing in this county.

The latest POWER ELITE power play and passion play of having the Church of Ike leaders and followers call the wife of a US Senator, and former Governor that heads up the board of education in the state of West Virginia, who then just reached out and pulled the control from the people of Gilmer County – and from any kind of a “SAY SO” in their own Gilmer County Schools  …. should stand as a reminder that no lasting good can come from sacrificing  ethics or principles for the sake of material or political gain. Speaking of unethical behavior and corruption in law enforcement and the judicial system in Gilmer county, Shirley BALL,  from Bull River Rd in Calhoun County — a state witness in the Gilmer County ‘Travesty of Justice’ case was involved in the raucous BAR fight this past weekend at the MILLSTONE INN and made up a story that was in no way true just like she did by the instruction of Gerald B Hough and in front of JUDGE RICHARD A FACEMIRE who called her a friend in the 14th district circuit court.

"I'm extremely sad to find that people whom I've known for such a long time in my life and whom I've gone to high school with could do such a horrendous crime," said Melissa Ball daughter to Shirley Ball who was paid by Gerald B Hough to commit perjury on a case where Gilmer County and the State of West Virginia backed those lies all the way to the United States Supreme Court and Shirley Ball nor Hough have had to pay for knowingly bringing false evidence to a grand jury and a felony trial jury.

Shirley ended up getting her ass beat because she brought along her son, a dude by the name of Steve Long who is 36 years old and from southern Ohio.  I have met Steve personally a few times before. He used to live in Portage County Ohio, but they didn’t like him much up in Streetsboro, or Mantua (Man-O-way)so he got the boot.

High ranking SS officials from Central WV spoke with  Evangeline Darling the owner of the Millstone Inn late Thursday evening the first of December and got the exact story of what happened last Thanksgiving day weekend.

“It was the busiest Saturday night of the year and we had to close the bar,” Ms. Darling stated.

“Steve Long has been in here before causing trouble!”  Evangeline further stated.

When asked by an SS official if she knew Shirley Ball, Evangeline Darling made the comment that Ball had been in there before many times with others which included Nub Marks another GERRY HOUGH STATE WITNESS in the TRAVESTY CASE who also had been drunk and disorderly and Danny Nub Marks is shown at the bottom of this article shortly after he was booked for DUI at CRJ on the 4th of November.

Shirley Ball is the crazy bitch who had an affair on her husband GERRY BALL and got involved with NUB MARKS a year before the time of the Travesty trial but defense counsel F JOHN OSHOWAY refused to expose that fact to the jury. Justice Albright and Justice Starcher of the WV Supreme Court stated that OSHOWAY was guilty of ineffective assistance to the defendant during the trial and should be sued for malpractice.

Nub Marks blew a point two one — three times the legal limit and also was carrying loaded weapons in the back of the vehicle when arrested.

JIM BALL calls himself a private investigator now, and JIM BALLS boyfriend, “SHYLOH” just got his head kicked in recently and died from it, but the matter was covered up and the obit said “Due to long illness, at home” …which is a complete fabrication and that can be proven.

JIM BALL is a henchman for the Butchers, and is the son to the LATE Gerry Ball who was married to Shirley, but found out she was having an affair with rub a dub NUB aka Danny Marks also a person that Gerry Hough GC prosecutor got to lie on the stand and Marks was impeached by his own testimony. Basically, what is up is there was some collateral damage because Shirley is a trouble making bitch that truly is a drunken alcoholic that can’t drive to the fucking grocery story without a beer in her hand that hooked up with a very dishonest Gerry Hough and did some bad deeds that became quite expensive, so nobody gives a fuck that it was a ….better call somebody bitch  …kind of night for her special Holiday occasion!

According to witnesses on the scene the brawl injured three people attending Karaoke Night at the Millstone Inn early late Saturday and past midnight, after customers attacked 36-year-old Steven Long of Cincinnati, Ohio, then attacked his mother, Shirley Ball, 63, of Grantsville and his aunt, Carolyn Newrones, 70, of Mantua, Ohio.

However Shirley Ball lied to the State Police and her statements now are conflicting. Now if this was anybody else besides the WV State Police BALL would already be in jail for telling the police it was a “GAY BASHING” incident for that is total lie. Steve long is not gay,  and the last time he was seen by an SS member was inside a strip club, and it was a situation where the dancers had complained that Long could not keep his hands to himself, which was the same problem Mr Long ran into at the Millstone Inn. He is lucky he was not beaten to death and this was not the first time the little bitch has caused trouble there.

The attack started on Long, inside the bar and continued in the parking lot for several minutes, causing head trauma, face fractures, and a broken foot, but the broken foot was self inflicted as we found out during our investigations.

Ball said at least three males continuously beat and kicked him in the parking lot.

During the ambulance trip to Roane General Hospital in Spencer, Long reportedly quit breathing for a period of time.

Lots of tongue, and some strange photos surface of local Glenville Girls having a party in the potty with friends are common place in Gilmer County when the Butcher Bitches the daughters and nieces of two local attorneys, break bad. Timothy B Butcher and his brother R Terry Butcher are members of the Gilmer County Power Elite who gained control of GSC when serving on the Board of Governors, along with SUE MORRIS. Before long, MISSY BALL who was involved in the BALL BASH at the Millstone Inn may be joining the ranks of the Butcher Bitches that broke bad on the CalPatty Press! It certainly looks like she is headed that way!

When the individuals were ordered out of the bar, according to Ball, the male subjects shoved, kicked and spit on her and 70-year-old Newrones, who suffered a severe fracture and broken joint in her arm with multiple bruises.

Now we come to find out after talking to the owner of the Millstone Inn that Shirley Ball and her son Steve Long actually started the altercation.

Ball said she was trampled by the subjects and lost consciousness briefly when her head hit concrete, after which she locked herself in a truck and used OnStar to contact 911.

“They kept beating on the truck, trying to get in,” Ball said.

Now if they were beating on the TRUCK, to get in, and she is a female is that GAY BASHING, no that is BALL BASHING because she has done some bad things like LIE on the stand, costing someone hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The owners of the Millstone Inn are widely disputing claims that a customer was the victim of “Gay bashing” during a fight that broke out during karaoke at the bar early Sunday morning.

Steven Long, 36, of Cincinnati, Ohio, received multiple injuries during a dispute that lasted more than half an hour.

His mother Shirley Ball, 63, of Grantsville, said he was beaten by three different males, a fight that continued in the parking lot of the establishment.

Evangeline Darling owner of the bar, says the fight started when Long groped the posterior of a female customer. When he was confronted by her boyfriend, Long said it was o.k. because he was gay, according to Darling.

“Steve Long was out-of-control, continuing to create separate problems with other individuals in the parking lot for a half-hour, while our staff and his family attempted to calm him,” Darling said.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc., Glenville with Rev. Alfred Hickman officiating.

Some say SHYLOH that dirty dog did DIE of old age, for 29 was creeping up on him awful fast, a couple days before next spring he would hit the big TWO NINE, so that must be a sudden illness that suddenly kills a 28 year old like good COCAINE from the Cocaine getter the never quitter, or the people that really run the show around here, if ya know what I mean…

Jim Ball and a man named Bobby Hartman paid for Tant’s funeral. SHYLOH  was a buried Thursday the 29th of September, according to testimony from relatives.

It is believed it was Alcohol/drug death and due to the fact that dude was kicked in the head and then just never got up.

“Crystal works at a local gas station and someone should tell her that an SS member once told dude he would never see 29 talking to people the way he did and those words rang true!”

In fact, some are disappointed he died, because some members of the SS truly wanted to kick his SHYLOH ass back to wherever it was he came from and we don’t give a fuck!

CRYSTAL asked SHYLOH to watch the kids for her that Saturday night while she worked. A paramedic that must live close was having a party and Tant said,

“I’m not watching those fucking little sons of bitches, or something to that effect. The DOG FACE man supposedly went to the party!”

So Crystal took the boys to a relative or a friend. She went home after work and Shyloh broke in on her during the night and started beating her senseless, she defended herself and killed him.

“CRYSTAL said that SHYLOH’S pupils were black and covered the color of his eyes!”

SHYLOH was pulling Crystals hair out and beat her from one end of the trailer to the other. He abused her sexually in her private area, and she has had a blood clot in one of her legs, he was pulling her by that leg on top of her, she kicked him off of her, when he hit the floor, he never got up after Crystal kicked the holy fuck out of that dumb asshole!

Crystal called Jim ball because the elite Mafia never call the cops, and Ball came with a paramedic.

One of the most disturbing trends in Gilmer County is the abandonment of reason and logic in favor of supposition and placating the powerful.  Lies become truths and truths become lies and this case is another perfect example.

Facts are shoved into the background and evidence is summarily dismissed in favor of “feelings”, personal “experiences”, and parroted ideological clap trap.  Knowledge is no longer acquired through fact finding and study, it’s simply crushed in the dusty footprint of time marching in cadence to the current flavor of fear and distrust that is manufactured by a few who wish to control the rest.

The “Truth” in Gilmer County is negotiable at best under terms set by the elite.  It is no longer applicable unless it fits a specific paradigm.  This county is run by complete indoctrination.  Trusting citizens are intoxicated, enthralled, hypnotized by the power of simple, non-reality based suggestion and any suggestion can easily become their “Truth”.

Regardless of evidence to the contrary, the “in charge” beliefs must be upheld.   What’s more, these so called leaders of the community know they can simply pick up a phone and turn up the drip, drip, drip of misinformation for as long as it takes to achieve their ultimate goal of control and domination. Bought off or terrorized into compliance by local government, this county is awash with corruption promoted by the gangsters and local police along with the state and seemingly beyond repair. There is a totally dysfunctional justice system to go with the corrupt police forces.  We are all between the devil and the deep blue sea!

The County Clerk’s office deliberately conceals liens, for the chosen elite and then claim that’s the way they always do it!

They had to take the kids down the night before to a day game so no one would miss the Sheriff’s daughter’s engagement party.  Leave no party person behind is Metz’s theme of the year.  If you think that’s something go ahead and make him a Magistrate.  You can’t watch the kids and be at the party too.   Go down early was the answer and then browbeat the kids to keep their mouths shut. We still don’t know who really paid that bill.  

Gilmer County Deputy Casey Jones on the left and Chief Deputy Gerwig on the right and both mentioned in the latest documents involving misconduct and the case from Gilmer County that went all the way to US Supreme Court in DC with Gilmer County backing evidence for five years now proved false!

It was good news to learn that Gilmer County Sheriff Deputy Casey Jones has had an official police complaint filed against him for tasing private citizens for fun, while unsolved murders, no prosecution for rape and rampant drug dealing that ultimately goes unpunished is the norm for the students at GSC. 

Do yourself a favor. Use your head for something besides a hat rack. Don’t believe anything at first blush. Read, listen, learn, and take faith out of the equation.  Put “feelings” aside.  Use healthy skepticism and demand evidence.

If reality is what you seek, then live it.  If you don’t, in the end you will surrender the very thing you were fighting for.

There is no freedom and liberty if it isn’t for ALL PEOPLE in the county not just the self serving elite. Right now, in current times, it is always all about the POWER  ELITE of Gilmer County and that’s a truth that becomes more evident every day.

The myth that West Virginia is actually part of America is a hard one to learn, but when you do learn even if it is the hard way, you know for sure. That situation goes double in Gilmer County!

This part of West Virginia is often recognized by well laid nests of crime clubs where bribery, extortion, nepotism and sleaze are ways of life. Local governments in West Virginia are today more often than not corrupt as all get out, but specifically Gilmer County – and we have well documented proof of corruption!

“What is the purpose of electing officials to run local government … of choosing leaders?”

If you have ever given this question some thought, the chances are you figured that they exist to serve us, but in Gilmer County an elite group has formed to serve themselves — and like minded affluent and are known locally as the Gilmer County Power Elite, or even better known as the Crooks from Crooked County that live down by the Crooked River!

The Secret Seven Coalition leaders in the FREE PRESS movement in Central WV are tackling ethics complaints from citizens involving public official’s almost daily and publishing weekly articles that often involve acts of misconduct in Gilmer County government or justice system which has a reputation for corruption, which also includes close political ties to Charleston. Not in Gilmer County, West Virginia, otherwise known as Morris town USA with some freaked out, drugged up, egotistical, backwards as fuck, arrogant, dumb ass power elite pieces of shit, calling themselves, Public Servants!

But mostly many of them have been pubic hair servants for all the sex scandals in Gilmer County that have become famous over the years!

We have a saying in the Central WV SS, “Penny for your thoughts,” for long time SS member Penny and “Bunny for your wiener” as long time SS member BUNNY and original Cal Patty Press chick since 2006 shows us how to suck  a Crooked County wiener in honor of the boyfriend of Crystal Metz Jeremy “Wagging his Wiener,” Wagner who was an adult in charge of the totally out of control high school STATE Tournament VOLLEY BALL event.

Glenville, the county seat of Gilmer County is now known for drugs and illicit, unethical, immoral debauchery that has made it to the pages of the Gilmer Free Press and these accounts are personal accounts of people that were there and/or Police reports!

In most places in America individuals clearly work for government because they are altruists, wanting to do what is best for everybody, regardless of their own self interest, of course,    ….but this isn’t America, this is West Virginia!

And more specifically CROOKED COUNTY where they murdered FRED HILL!!

Judge Richard A Facemire the Judge that has had the most reversals by the WV Supreme Court in the last couple of years,has even more misconduct complaints revealed soon and will have to make a decision to recuse himself when the motion is filed to bring the “Travesty of Justice” case back before the Gilmer County 14th district circuit court on the grounds that new evidence was discovered that proves Hough paid to have a state witness commit perjury involving ownership of property.

Well, it may be the devil or it may be the Lord of IKE, but you’re gonna have to serve somebody. You may be rich or poor, you may be blind or lame, and you may be living in Crooked County under another name. You may call me R Terry, or maybe just Jimmy West, or you may call me Lady Titans Coach Bobby Duvall and my mouth will be at your lil girls breast, but you got to serve somebody at the CHURCH of IKE!

Whistle-blowers can be framed for crimes they did not commit, or even come to experience foul play. Dissidents are carefully watched by the police, and may wind up in hot water for mere expressions of opinion. However, anything can go on at the home of IKE MORRIS (shown above)  …all you got to do is SERVE SOMEBODY!

Governments are basically businesses where large sums of money pass through every day, where licenses and permits are sought, where unwarranted criminal prosecutions often originate and where suspicious contracts and purchases are awarded.

“The temptation to steal in Gilmer County, to promote graft or to build corrupt little empires is pandemic!”

Those who seek political position in both county and city government often do so for the basest of motives.

Others, like those in Gilmer County have become enchanted with the concept of power, and become corrupted by its taste. Organized criminal networks flourish in the environment of local government, and often the line between criminal, government employee or official is blurred.

“With the recent outcry for help involving the misconduct in the Gilmer County Sheriffs office and Deputy Jones using a Taser weapon on a citizen, we wonder how many members of law enforcement have a criminal history or other blemishes on their record.”

Are they accepting bribes from the owner of a local towing company like we have been a hearing?

An inquiry into this might include officials of both city and county government and there will be no answers forthcoming.

“It really is not what you know but who you know in order to do business in Gilmer County West Virginia!”

Speaking of SCANDAL and sexual misconduct involving the Gilmer County Sheriffs office and even the daughter of the head law man here in the town of Glenville, the latest involves drunken fun at the Gilmer County High School Volley Ball tournament.

It has been reported that Kim Morris, Sandy Pettit, and Bev Metz were all drunk on the trip to the State Volley Ball event. They took some kids on the pep bus and a group led by Gerry Hough’s daughter CARLY mixed vodka with Gatorade and ended up getting too drunk and passing out! Now, there is even more of a scandal to tell! Hell! Some party goers said they did not know where they were and finally found some people in the group passed out too! And then they fa fa fucked, cuz that’s what real drunk people do!

“They all drank Thursday night, went to the tournament Friday and then the real party started.

The boy friend of Crystal Metz was so drunk and fucked up on drugs, that nobody cared when he ventured off, and then what he was trying to do to the girls by pulling their pants and panties down and then trying to play with their precious feminine secret places!

Another one  of Gerry Hough’s daughters, Lauren Hough, Carly’s Lil Sis was named as a chief player in all of the sexual exchanges and drunk shit and such.

The boyfriend of Crystal Metz was going room to room and in hallways trying to get the girls naked and play box banging bingo the Butcher Bitches way!

“In one incident dude hid in the bathtub in the ladies facilities and when the girls went to use the bathroom then he jumped out swinging his penis to and fro just like they do down in Crooked County down by the Crooked River!”

To sum up the sexual holiday the Crooked County way, sponsored by GCHS — Mickey, Beverly and Crystal Metz, Sandy Pettit, Ike’s Executive secretary, and another member of the Church of IKE who is the mother of the girl who got raped by a black man and then pregnant by a black man and then got an abortion. Also the boyfriend of Crystal Metz Jeremy “Wagging his Wiener,” Wagner were the adults in charge of the totally out of control high school event.

Carly Hough brought the hard booze and got on the bus that caused all of the fuss shown here with “DAD” the Gilmer County Prosecutor who is the subject of much discussion among out of town lawyers now that rumor is the “Tragedy of Justice” case is coming back to court with the sole purpose of bringing forth the real evidence and documenting wrongdoing that will lead to future jail sentences for those that were joined in a conspiracy to bring false facts to a grand jury and a felony trial jury.

We hear of policemen extorting sex from the relatives of a wanted criminal.  Is all the cash collected going on the books or in pockets?  That action has already been documented in the county tax collections.

It is well known that improper favors are always handed out to suspects. Drug offenses, parking tickets, drunk driving cases and the like are simply ignored for people with the right clout.

Slum lord housing in Gilmer County that is typical of those rented by Gerry Hough and other power elite that use others for financial gain whether they break the laws of the United States or not. Many CROOKED COUNTY CROOKS feel they can make their own rules and the rules of the US do not apply to them or their corrupt friends in power.

This, however, is amateur stuff. The real professional racketeers have a deeper stranglehold on the entire apparatus of local government. The power held by politicians and their lackeys often includes control over licenses and permits for everything from pinball machines, tattoo and massage parlors, to liquor licenses and building permits. The power to say no is also the power to say yes. This power is a commodity that can be sold, traded or bought.  What’s the going price these days Gilmer County?

The power to award building contracts, public works contracts, the right to collect overdue parking tickets or taxes, and the power to hire employees all can bring money to a crooked bureaucrat.

There is no end to it in Gilmer County where the same stuff goes on and never stops. The worst part of human nature prevails when political power is placed in the wrong hands as Gilmer County citizens hard work goes to promote the gangster life on a country level and see that these thieves become the new bourgeoisie while the average guy struggles to pay his taxes and keep his house, never mind feed the family.

Are you tired of it yet?

What can be done?

A thinking mind is never helpless.  Making politicians fearful of the citizenry, instead of contemptuous, is necessary..

“Citizens who are vigilant and involved rather than apathetic can be a strong antidote to politics as usual!”

Informed citizens who carefully watch their local Gilmer County government are the front line of defense for the integrity of the community.

Without breaking the law, local activists need to select the issues that matter most and launch a campaign to embarrass and humiliate the people most responsible. Personal attacks often work. If somebody is guilty of nepotism, identify him. If there is blatant corruption, name them, but be sure the evidence is solid and documented.

Maybe it’s time that that those, “BULLSHIT” fake as fuck public servants in Gilmer County, West Virginia learned to serve somebody!

We need to let people know that America and GILMER COUNTY will never be free, or united by a country of the people, by the people, and for the people until we get rid of the system of payment for election and stop selling our government for greed and petty favors. From local government to federal agencies,

“Good old boy”politics long ago destroyed the trust most of us have in our policy makers!

The CHURCH of IKE according to local photographer Gary Collins often is held on the Golf Course. IKE MORRIS the ruler of Morris town with the former coach of the WVU football team. I wonder where the Lortab and Cocaine were at on this outing?

Many are living testimony to its effectiveness. Do you want a job, want your kid’s arrest not to appear in the local paper, need a favor with the judge about that DUI, got a problem recording that lien or need help handling Dad’s will? Take the easy way out, go with the flow and keep your mouth shut, it will all be just OK.

After decades of communism and a ban on personal wealth creation, China and Russia today worship at the temple of capitalism, much like the Church of Ike worshipers at Waco Oil and ASS would hope to do thru their false leadership and hidden guidance by elite entities.

Ever since elitism was born along with the Church of Ike, the organized elite have generated riches for a few at the expense of poverty and misery for the majority of the Gilmer County citizens. Growth of elite forces and political careers have been at the expense of retrogression of social relations among the general populace.

Reformative piecemeal repairs such as “Transparency, regulation and oversight,” are as futile and are as wasting of time an effort as patching up a piece of hollowed-out rotten wood, the borer insect of the “Common Place Elite of Gilmer County,” destroyed, and then consumed!

Gilmer County as a result and with the additional help of a manipulated and controlled GCEDA and the special college programs has fallen to the Church of Ike!

Doug Cottrill Waco Oil and Gas Employee and golfing buddy to the highest ranks of the Power Elite walked on serious drug charges including Cocaine and Narcotics with no bail - and you will also see that there will be no consequence just for being a member of the elite!

The elite in control of GSC business projects needs to curb some of the entrepreneurial zeal that directly competes with long established local family businesses. GSC has implemented some new procedures, rules and protocols along with new regulations that frankly have somewhat of a communist character, just to appease those who drink the kool aid of the Poison Mind Church of Ike followers who run GSC!

Glenville and Gilmer County , along with the common citizens might as well be Inca’s from Peru for all the consideration they get from these special programs. The rich just get richer and poor just keep getting poorer in Crooked County down by the Crooked River.

The Glenville Democrat has a brand new news director as reported in previous Ghost Wolf articles, and she happens to be the latest babe of Bob Henry Baber, and she keeps Bob Bob Bobbing along with publishing great propaganda for the elite and GSC! No real news coming out of the print press in Gilmer County.

In the words of one citizen of Gilmer County … the concerned citizens  are reaching out to the Gilmer Free Press because the FREE PRESS will listen and publishes unedited  comments and opinions. It is this vehicle that spreads the news on the horrors Gilmer County is going thru and has had to face.

“A person has to understand, if a minion or member of the Power Elite commit a crime, as we have just seen with Deputy Jones, those in the exclusive group cover for each other and the crime seems to magically DISAPPEAR!”

We have seen this time and time again, and year after year in Gilmer County and this covering for each other includes, murders, out right killing in the woods, and rape.

Glenville Police Chief Moss heard banging, knocks, kicks, screams and then more loud banging on the doors, windows or walls,” Moss told the court, and it was obvious Chief Moss was shocked and dismayed with the strange and unusual behavior by Timothy B Butcher! Moss stopped the interview and opened a door to see what the commotion was about. He told the court he saw a man he believed to be an assistant coach from the college and a few of Davis’ friends outside. He shut the door, intending to resume the interview, but there was more banging at the rear of the building. Moss testified he went out the back door and was confronted by Glenville attorney, Tim Butcher. According to Moss, Butcher demanded that he allow friends of Erik Davis the RAPE SUSPECT to be present during the ongoing interview. Veteran police officers said after the trial, unlike the scenario Butcher suggested, one of the first cardinal rules taught to policeman is to always interview witnesses or suspects alone. “It kind of surprised me,” Moss told the court. “He (Butcher) made a few threats, including that he’d get me fired,” Moss testified. Moss admitted to the court he became very angry at Butcher! “I more or less slammed the door in his face,” Moss told the court. Erik Davis at his trial was accused of raping a drunk 17 year old, the GSC football player walked on the charges! Protected by the BARR CODE!

Presto, now you see it, now you don’t, no mo sexual assault charges for another negro football player at GSC  and  then another member of the team is arrested for the same thing again, and again, just like Gabe Phrophet last summer! 

“But, if you or I commit a crime just wait and see what will happen!”

You will be suited up in orange at CRJ so fast your underwear will fly off and you will be sent to the showers if it were you or I,  and then sprayed with some noxious chemicals before getting your bed roll, and if you are lucky like the leader of our local SS,  you will have Judge Facemire calling down to the jail making your now bad life a living hell,  and that crooked judge may have you thrown in the hole to serve in solitary on the false charges he put you in there on.

Douglas Darrell Cottrill Waco Oil and Gas Employee - Was in possession of a pill bottle with prescription tag for Lortab and the name of Ike Morris on it. In the bottle was a bindle of COCAINE and narcotics in pill form that turned out later to be the Lortab the prescription was for. Also a member of the GSC coaching staff was in the vehicle that also contained beer and 2 very large bags of Kynde Bud weed, some of the good stuff pictured above, and just like the kind they got growing up highway 33. Take a good look for I can guarantee you that some of the elite that meet but now always so discreet have smoked some of this weed that they all need. Doug Cottrill was caught with hard drugs which is a felony arrest for any of us, but not for Doug, he walked out of the police station with a misdemeanor and the Church of Ike will squash these charges like a bug!

Not every person gets away with crimes in the crooked county of Gilmer. Just depends on who you are, who you know, who you blow, and what you have, or what you can give!

“Somebody must be blowing somebody pretty good, because look what happened with our entire Gilmer County School system – It was taken over by the State of WV!”

The WV State BOE took over after a few phone calls from the elite, once the loss of political control looked imminent by the action of the change of power by the act of electing William K Simmons as new Superintendent chosen by the people of Gilmer County.

But, in Gilmer County the people do not rule like in the rest of America! Only the elite call shots, so the election to the position of School Board Superintendent was just over turned by a US Senators wife and someone deep in the pockets of the leader of the local Church of IKE! Elections don’t mean a damn thing in Morris town. If the person elected is not going to play ball or politics or be a friend to the man that owns Waco Oil and Ass Ike Morris, well then, they will be forcibly removed as we witnessed for ourselves in Gilmer County.

The real problem that should have been the first to correct was getting the GCHS Principal Nasia Butcher removed from her duties and if the person chosen by the people as superintendent were allowed to remain, Nasia would simply be a page in the history of a lawless society run by elite criminals loyal to the Church of the Poison Mind.

There is a new controversy over actions by Judge Richard A Facemire involving one of the longest lasting court cases in Gilmer County history. The “Travesty of Justice” case that got a vote of 3 to 2 during the final argument phase was in WV Supreme Court all of 06 and most of 07. Jessica H Donahue Rhodes from the Lawyer Disciplinary Counsel was recently caught on tape releasing info regarding misconduct by Judge Facemire while she was being asked what happened to the evidence submitted that proved that Gerry Hough was involved in a conspiracy to hide a title and evidence from the Circuit Court and WVSC. She, un prompted ...went into a defense as to why no action was taken against Facemire when the question was simply …what happened to the evidence against Hough Bitch?!

Eliminating the cronyism, nepotism and the capitalism of connections which controls our local government should be priority Number One and it is the elephant in the corner!

It is the issue that doesn’t get much press in Gilmer County because mentioning it is about as comfortable as talking about a recently acquired sexually transmittable disease.  It’s not something you want to speak of too loudly in public if you want to establish a firm reputation. But this disease needs serious attention because we are all carrying it around without thinking about its deadliness to our communities. We need to start realizing what these policies have cost Gilmer County over the years and what needs to be done to stop the insanity.

Local politicians, including judges and law officials, are focused on the upcoming election.  Those elite angle to build both political and cash capital while using the college (in agreement with its leaders), the power of their office, their influence (real or imagined) with local well to dos and may even consider personal attacks without shame if it serves their purpose. Other negative effects of this good ole’ boy network are its exclusion of others,  leaders of the community limiting business transactions to other elites, or to friends or acquaintances from within the network, giving friends better deals, and generally reinforcing traditional power structures over any other faction within the county.

“Those in power in Glenville, WV right this minute want to keep the sordid facts of life in Gilmer County quiet!”

You are not to speak of rapes, robberies, drug dealing, and malfeasance in office or even ask what they are doing with your tax dollars!

They want you to just keep still and don’t rock the boat or you will pay.  They will tell you that but very little else.  This back room form of blackmail has been going on so long many of those involved don’t even think about the part of their soul that was sold to get what they thought they needed.  It is just plain easier to forget that and go on.  It’s all JUST OK!

News flash, it is not easier, it is not OK.  Failing businesses, increasing crime with no prosecution and total apathy to the condition of our schools and needs of fixed income citizens have all been part of the price to be paid. Other examples include the unbalanced assessment of property values, no collection of long term business tax liabilities, hiring more personnel and raising salaries while the population served decreases, (to pay back political favors), an obvious lack of concern for the safety of all citizens, no growth and no respect for the laws of the land.

What is the ultimate price for trusting those under the control of the power elite?  Who can say? The amount the corrupt will say is enough, “You’ve paid your debt … has yet to be determined. So the long term cost of the damage done to a once proud county and its citizens, is still undetermined, but it doesn’t look good.

This has happened little by little, like termites eating away at the foundation of your home, until you are forced to make repairs because the floor caved in. Our floor is about to rot Gilmer County.  Are we willing to look at this elephant, this socially transmitted disease via apathy, and decide it is time to do something about it?

“It’s the collusion of small town government, back room business and finance to the detriment of all the rest – to the little guys. There must be willingness to take on the “Same good old boy politics-as-usual”, to take on a corrupt and compromised political class and their cheap, hoodlum type dealings. We have to get rid of the roaches before the roaches get rid of us.  Will somebody please call the exterminator?”

We need to get rid of some dirty bugs, but don’t kill the dragonflies!

We might need a dragon fly or two for transportation, for now that we the people of the Secret Seven Coalition, the ones that bring you the real truth, have let you in on what is really up  …lets not spend anymore time today on bad things, for it’s time to float your mind around a little! CROOKED COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTY CASEY JONES Uses a TASER on WIFE of Assistant Fire Chief Martin Hess!

Deputy Cason Jones has been suspended without pay while they stall for time and do no investigation on a horse play incident that turned out badly for Mrs Hess the wife of the assistant Fire Chief for Gilmer County!

If you actually think they will do an adequate investigation in Glenville, West Virginia you are asking a lot. Gilmer County and Glenville in particular are likely some of the most corrupt parts of West Virginia to ever come down the pike!

“The Gilmer County Sheriff specialty is to COVER UP crimes not investigate them, and where is Sheriff Metz when you need him?”

NO WHERE to be found certainly describes Mickey Metz when there is serious police work to do! He has been an absolute disgrace as a sheriff, as was proven by his refusal to even take the complaint, or accept evidence involving a criminal complaint of the infamous missing 1/6th of 155 acres of surface property in Gilmer County. That 1/6th title to property was needed as evidence in the only Gilmer County court case to go to the US Supreme Court  — Gerry Hough and the Gilmer County Sheriff presented a case that was based on a false value of evidence fabricated by Deputy Gerwig and Marilyn Matheny from Lemon Farm Equipment in Parkersburg during a grand jury hearing years ago.

A Taser Gun was used on the wife of  Gilmer County’s Martin Hess for what is described as horse play on a civilian!

Shown in photo is local fireman Martin Hess, it is reported that Deputy Cason Jones TAZED Martin Hess's wife with a Taser which is a serious weapon for law enforcement officers to use to subdue criminals.

Hess is a training officer with the Gilmer County Volunteer Fire Department.

This type of behavior is not conducive to professional conduct and Jones should be dismissed from the Sheriffs office or arrested for assault!

Here is what outraged citizens are saying about Sheriff Deputy Casey Jones!

“This same deputy, along with Jimmy Moss, transported me hundreds of miles in chains and in custody, on what turned out to be a false arrest on false charges with evidence Gerald B Hough paid a witness to lie about. I was arrested while attempting to report to my new afternoon drive radio show on KBED 102.9 FM.”

“I was picked up early in the day after Jones and Moss had stopped for beers and a steak dinner, but I WAS NEVER FED OR GIVEN WATER THAT WHOLE DAY in CUSTODY.”

“My bail had been $250,000.00 on facts that have all been proven false now. Once I got to WV…  B Minigh and B Martin were able to have me released in about an hour, but the prosecutors office had already talked to my employer Cumulus broadcasting and told them some tall tales about felony charges which were not only later defeated in court, but were false from the start. I was immediately fired from my job, and the charges were later proven false.”

“Jones needs to be arrested for assault and sent to prison.”

“They should both be punished for not feeding their prisoner, and for making a false arrest.”

Sheriff Metz needs to come clean on many issues. What is it about so much secrecy in this county? Looks to me an outside agency is needed to just police all the wrongdoings by some of the officials in Gilmer County and their absolute abuse of the power. How many crimes have happened under Metz watch and ignored by him over and over?

Mr. Jones should be charged with assault and negligence.  We should hope to see him in magistrate court real soon.  There are good people in this county and fellow law enforcement officer that get charged for crimes that are investigated by him.  Why should he be any different from all of the citizens here in this county.  A badge doesn’t give you right to do as you please with the power entrusted to you by the people of this county.  When given the power entrusted to you to carry a weapon and wear a badge you should do the right thing not the wrong thing.  What’s next horseplay with a gun?

The Citizens of Gilmer County are getting sick and tired of public officials keeping things from them.  And more importantly these are usually issues that certainly do matter and certainly do affect or effect their lives in some way!

Citizens in Gilmer County are pretty much in shock now that they have found out the truth about GILMER HOUSING PARTNERS and the Crooked Commission Clerk Beverly Marks, and all the illegal activities, because they believed these people — especially their illiterate sheriff who seriously plans on being the next magistrate when Bob Minigh doesn’t run next term.

 “Some citizens now say they will vote these self serving public officials out as it comes up for sure!”

Time will tell and as you know money talks and BS  walks.  How many will be sucked into the I’ll take care of you mentality is hard to tell but the Secret Seven Coalition has hope.  There is no denying it now but that won’t stop until those who realize how bad the deal was start talking back to those calling it a lie.  I believe that is beginning to happen now thanks to the citizens finding out the truth!

You should know old country boy Mickey METZ has never been innocent; Metz has yet to really show us his true color of black, he has proved through court cases not to be honest and his cover up of court evidence in the Travesty case is proof enough.

Gerry Hough was named President of the WV Counties association earlier this year, that was until it came to their attention how much bad publicity Gerry Hough was getting from all the criminal wrongdoing involving the Gilmer County Prosecutors office. Now he is listed as past president with no explanation.

Just guess how it’s going to be when they try to push Metz in for magistrate and try to get Carol Wolfe out by also running Clarissa Ferrell, Gerry Hough’s secretary after SS member Stacey Harlow was fired. You can bet  HOUGH is running to Bob Minigh singing the blues about the truth he paid someone to lie in a big felony case the WV Record reported on.  Bob considers him a personal friend but Hough just won’t listen to him.  Hough’s own people have been his downfall as everyone well knows and Gerald B Hough just won’t accept that he has created his own devil.

But I hear thru the leader of the Gilmer County Underground that there is rumble spreading down the hill that people are starting to believe that Gerry Hough truly is guilty of all he has been accused of in the West Virginia Record lately – and all of that information is working against him more.

Shelly DeMarino is telling everyone she will not run for prosecutor of Gilmer County (You know she is supposed to be very close friends with Hough’s wife Tamara Stalnaker) and so the next logical candidate they will run could be a Butcher. OH PLEASE!!

However, all of the TRUTH published by the SS of Central WV about the Butchers has worked against them and is making that situation unlikely in the future if there is a challenger.

The question is:  Who else can they run?

We sure can’t deal with anymore shenanigans from Gerry Hough!

The Secret Seven Coalition and Gilmer County Concerned Citizens have  no problem with rightful prosecution based on the law and not personal vendettas.

Lets still hope the voters take care of those that may not be prosecuted but are the “legal” thieves that don’t get caught or get their way bought out to protect the thieves behind them.  Seems that is the only way this county will ever get representation they deserve.  The problem is they seem to perceive they can get something for nothing if they just go along with them.  They can’t get it that someone who breaks the law for you is not doing you a favor.  Just setting you up for the fall that will come when and if they are caught.

The FACTS OF THE MATTER ARE the circuit court is running the county clerk’s office which means they will (as they always have) keep control of the votes that are counted. Mickey Metz still plans on running for Magistrate so he has told his people to hush or be fired.  Since the regular courthouse employees serve at the will and pleasure of the elected officials this is not an idle threat unless the employee has a connection with a block of voters.
