A QB Gabe Phrophet for the Glenville State College Football team is behind bars for sexual assault charges. The incident allegedly occurred last Friday June 17, 2011 at his home.
“The definition of 1st degree sexual assault is forced penetration, causing
serious bodily injury, or use of a deadly weapon, but then I guess a big black hard dick could be considered a weapon and the preferred weapon used by students at the HOME of Rape and Murder in CROOKED COUNTY — Glenville State College!”
Gabriel Phrophet (Gabe Phrophet), 22, was arraigned by Gilmer County Magistrate Robert Minigh on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 and is facing two felonies charges involving sexual assaults of 1st and 2nd degree. Why the GSC Football player was just booked into jail today, instead of right before or after the arraignment is unknown until the matter is looked into further.
Phrophet is just one of many football players for GSC to be accused of rape, but there have been no convictions.
Phrophet was booked at Central regional Jail today June 23, 2011.

If your looking to rape a hot white chick at a local college you never have to look further than Glenville State College high on the hill overlooking Crooked County down by that Crooked River!
The victim who had the holy bejesus fucked out of her alleges that she was raped, and then sought treatment at Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital after the pounding by the QB of the GSC Football team from Washington DC. The criminal complaint stated that the victim “Feared for her life,” during the entire terrifying sexual attack!!
Rape cases are seldom carried forward in Gilmer County because they don’t want to tarnish the image of Glenville State College — and many rapes go unreported. Local law enforcement handled the Edwin Dale Kinnison rape case by the book, but it was never brought to trial after being in the court system for over a year!
Edwin Dale Kinnison should have been convicted of Rape as well as Erik Davis both students at GSC, but it is widely known that Glenville State College has become the home of rape in West Virginia! Crooked County has become as dangerous as the old west for rape and murder!!
Even if rape charges are carried forward Gilmer County doesn’t have a skilled enough prosecutor to win the case, as witnessed by the Glenville rape case of GSC football player Erik Davis!
The Erik Davis rape case was a real circus and Gerald B Hough got his ass kicked in court by defense attorney David Karickhoff of Sutton, WV in a case that should have found the rapist guilty, but Karickhoff is a far superior attorney than Hough will ever be.
If GSC wants to win again all they need to do is call David Karickhoff and the QB walks and GSC may be on their way to a half-way decent team again this year.
Although, they won’t have Crooked County Crook and Circuit Court Clerk David LAME Smith to hand pick a jury bound for acquittal!
For the jury that heard the famous Erik Davis rape case was rigged by Smith!!!
But, really all GABE has to do is make sure that Karickhoff is retained as defense counsel and Hough will lose another rape case, although Hough lied to a Parkersburg newspaper and stated he never lost a rape case!
Hough is no match for Dave Karickhoff or any other decent attorney and will lose because unless Gerry can cheat and pay some false witnesses like he was caught doing by title opinion in the “Travesty of Justice” case, Hough will lose every time!

Monday, June 20, 2011 we have received the following certified mail from Mr. Gerry Hough the Gilmer County Prosecuting Attorney.
In the article published on June 08, 2011, which was a response to false information written by Mr. Hough and published in the Glenville Democrat, we invited Mr. Hough to a Public Forum for the purpose of providing answers to questions concerning several issues. Mr. Hough has ignored the invitation, but chose instead to send us a certified letter stating that he demands an apology within seven days, or else.
It is Mr. Hough that needs to apologize for the false information, racist remarks, and death threats. If at any time GFP makes false statements, we will publicly apologize and retract, which is not the case here.

It must have felt just the same as when the Nazi’s took Poland — during that Blitzkrieg take over of Gilmer County Schools this past week. I think I heard talk of concentration camps and gas chambers for anyone connected with the FREE PRESS.
Informant for the SS Gary Collins told some tall tales of cruelty in the Gilmer County Schools. Well it all appears to be true and a state of actual emergency was declared! Gary also wanted to say, “Have another drink Princess Di,” as Gary has been telling that story over and over again about how Diana L Butcher chased him out of the post office one day, threatening “HELL FIRE RAIN DOWN ON HIM!” …and that was just for submitting photo’s to the FREE PRESS and of course for that… he must be a spy!
The question arises whether or not Nasia Butcher principal of Gilmer County High School, which recently has been the object of scandal and complaints, made complaints herself to the SBA in order to prevent Bill Simmons the pick of “THE PEOPLE” taking the head spot!

Stalnaker has allegedly also been involved with jury tampering – And that also included a misconduct complaint regarding the jury against Gerald B Hough during a Gilmer County Circuit Court felony trial, along with the mention of Peggy Moore the owner of the Common Place Restaurant.
A great look at the worker BEE'S for the POWER ELITE in Gilmer County on the far left new assistant Connie O Stinsky, who has been working with minions for Gerry B Hough, Jean Butcher who recently was charged with ELECTION FRAUD soon after taking office, DAVE HESS County Commission President and the Walrus, Brian Kennedy who literally caters to the Power Elite of Crooked County!
Moore and Stalnaker were mentioned in WV Supreme Court documents involving an unresolved and familiar high profile case, in which both were named as jurors, that should have never served due to conflicts.
The Butchers, big players among the power elite are pushing for a new school proposed by the BOE be built on their property – on top of Glenville hill where Auction Barn used to be!
Of course it is well known the Butcher Brothers of the infamous Power Elite had the place burnt down and collected hefty from an insurance company! Now we know the Butchers may have used a local infamous outlaw, and a person we know all too well – that is the “Top Dog” of a well known local gang known as the Fire Starting Cult – Todd Smith!! ….aka Hot Toddy!!

This letter below was stamped November 4th 2010- and in the letter Todd Smith denies raping a young woman and having sex with a 17 year old girl. He also denies killing Kelli Nichol Stamper Lawson who was found dead in his bed December 26th 2009 , it was a sad death by overdose. Smith says it was another man who’s code name was T and not him that burned the Auction Barn down — So the Butchers could profit from the building of a new school — And here is the actual letter as proof. We highly suspect HOT TODDY did this one himself for he got caught bragging about it!
The threatening letter below also includes the envelope complete with the CRJ inmate number of Todd Smith, this is the actual original letter sent from the jail and around this same time, the threats and illegal activity involving Smith became known to CRJ, and then they started reading all HOT TODDY’S letters being sent out and made copies of them.
Nasia keeps saying the property has to be big enough to hold a high school, elementary and a middle school!!! Both of their properties fit the criteria!
So you see how it is done down in Crooked County!!!

It will be interesting to see what the new boss thinks about the strange days that just occurred this past hellish week in June — And it will be interesting to see who the next Superintendent is.
Let us hope that it was all the result of great auditing by a group of Professionals who told it like it is for a change. After all, most of the findings were the same as they left us with during the last audit.

Gerry has been caught red-handed at being the person that mastermined these devious actions!

Palmer Stephens was once paid by Gerry Hough to start an internet business but Stephens lacked the know-how and knowledge to start that kind of a project so Hough hired Stephens to attempt to hack the FREE PRESS sites to find out who was commenting on the misconduct of local public officials - Gilmer County residents have had to put up with quite a lot and the Free Press has revealed the truth about a great deal of wrongdoing that was criminal in nature!
Leslie Ward the web designer for GSC is also involved who works with PETER BARR author of the Barr Code that resides at Dracula’s Castle on the hill in Crooked County down by the Crooked River!!
The question is did the Gilmer County Prosecutor become angry enough to conspire with a local RADIO STATION and county vendor/supporter and with a state institution of higher education where he was previously employed to hack into a legal website’s domain and acquire names of anyone that may have responded in a legal fashion to such a site and then invade their home using this data to make threats?
Who really knows if every person that ever responded to FREE PRESS articles were threatened — or just a few … on a hand selected by a HOUGH and Larry Chapman hit list – being blamed for past grievances and disagreements with no real justification!
The rules of professional conduct for attorneys in West Virginia specify that a lawyer cannot represent a private client in a matter he or she was involved in as a county prosecutor or other public officer, but Gerry Hough seems to make his own rules, which include hiding pieces of property needed in high profile West Virgina Supreme Court cases, and even ordered Beverly Marks County Clerk to hide the title of property to cover for a lie Hough told a circuit court jury!
When one has served in both public offices of City Mayor and County Prosecutor, there is hardly any one in the most populated area of Gilmer County one does not become involved with. Whether the issue is taxation, police actions, local ordinance disputes, seeking funding, parking tickets or trying to get the vote, the Mayor becomes involved. As part time prosecutor, simultaneously running a real estate business and independent law firm, there leaves literally almost no one for this man to represent legally in this county as a private attorney if he does not retain his elected status.

the Council of Concerned Citizens when asked about the latest threats and attack against Free Press websites and the hacking of an E-mail site all on the orders of the Gilmer County Prosecutor Gerald B Hough…
“At this stage I am gathering information and reaching out for consultation. Once I have information to pass on I will do so in a timely fashion. I must now do my due diligence before I respond further…”
A public entity, such as the prosecutor’s office, may not be an “enterprise” and there is nothing in legislative history to suggest otherwise. What if HOUGH holds or has held lien, as a matter of public record on property sold by a legislated governmental organization among others? I would be willing to bet that has already happened!!
Gerald B Hough as owner of the realty company and same time an independent attorney, many land contracts, deeds and deeds of trust were entered into, alone and in partnership, with recordation prepared and submitted while holding public office!
Who is really left to legally represent that could show no actual conflict of interest? Could this explain why Gerald B Hough, now full time prosecuting attorney for Gilmer County has become such an angry man?’
It is said that when you enter public office your life becomes public record. When an elected official makes a poor decision they are not above the law and they are not the law!
No doubt that matter places HOUGH in a tough position but these are things which should have been thought of before seeking election yet again. Hough has turned out to be a nightmare for Gilmer County!
Has GERRY HOUGH’S anger clouded his judgment to the point that he, as an elected official desperately seeks personal retribution – using the influence of that same elected position?
It appears so!!!
Hough has gone over the top and has threatened to make arrests out of his jurisdiction and outside law enforcement has been notified of the death threats issued from Gilmer County and that have been on the lips of anybody that is anyone important out and around the town! Just ask!!
Using the prosecutors office to fight personal battles is not what the office was created for!!
Is the name of the game if you can’t win fair, win at any cost?
The voters should be able to expect better from a person given the keys to the county and its coffers and entrusted to seek only truth and justice. It seems to boil down to the same old cry heard in the 2010 election of “I’ll do anything for a vote!”
This attitude does not serve the citizens of this or any other county in the State of West Virginia, but it has shown itself to be just that! These self gratifying, illegal actions provide no evidence that the public’s best interests are being served. These actions seem to reveal a childish temper tantrum throwing attitude in an office where justice for all is supposed to be blind, not deaf!!
Dave Corcoran allowed Gerry Hough to publish false information that resulted in racial profiling that was just published in the Glenville Democrap and Pathfinder of Bullshit -see below, it is amazing Corcoran and Hough have stooped so low!!

Hough recently published a letter to the editor that most likely could bring about a situation that Dave Corcoran finds himself legally responsible for. In his latest attack on Gilmer County Citizens HOUGH proposes that political adversaries have come up with a recipe for his destruction.
