There have been shocked reactions to the Secret Seven Coalition article exposing Gabe Phrophet, as another alleged rapist and a Football player at GSC. Charges were brought at the very beginning of this summer, but no effort to bring the case forward has been made since June.
“Just another RAPE at GSC,” and it was all predicted by the Central WV SS who have seen this all happen a time or two!!”
For years websites like the CalPatty Press and Crooked County Crooks, the Calhoun Underground and the Lone Meth Ranger published stories of RAPE at GSC and posted detailed stories that included court testimony!
Glenville State College with it’s powerful political connections and Board of Governors, conveniently had one Butcher Brother from the B&B Law firm traded for another recently. R Terry was exchanged for Timothy B Butcher who also served as foundation president for years, switched places on the BOG with his brother R Terry during this last change up.
Hough as a staff member at GSC received a written reprimand and denial of a pay raise instituted by then GSC President Thomas Powell for his actions involving the Wilkie Perez RAPE Case, but he should have been prosecuted and set a very bad example for GSC staff members
It was discovered last summer that all BOG members had expired terms!
Big Joe had to jump on that situation like a big dog and it put the Gilmer Free Press on the map when the matter was exposed to the public!
Changes at GSC are always to improve their image at all costs regardless of the outcome to the community.
The Board of Governors at GSC are close to the Governor and close to Senator Joe Manchin which gets everyone up close and personal with the puppet masters that are truly pulling the strings for the highest ranks of the elite who also have managed to control the mainstream press and cover up the rapes at GSC that have become predictable and traditional — and if not for the Central West Virginia SS there would be little published about these awful crimes against young women students.
In Glenville, as to not tarnish the image of the college, everyone pretends another horrible rape did not happen. And then, when the evidence and the gossip become too much, that next step is start to smear the reputation of the victim no matter who she is. If she is the victim the word is put out on her that she is a whore that was asking for it.
The SS has seen this situation so many times in the past that this time we got specific about what would be said about the victim, who would say it, and from “What” mainstream news source the propaganda would be born.
The only responsible coverage of the latest alleged sexual assault by another QB for GSC was the article in the State Journal based on the article posted on the Revenge of the Ghost Wolf website.

The SS predicted far in advance just how the EDWIN DALE KINNISON Rape case would go. The alleged rape took place in the dorm and evidence was gathered and the police did their job as they have done in the past. The case was never brought forward, but this time the SS was able to call the outcome of the case well in advance of the final resolve. Kinnison(above in photo) walked Scott Free on rape charges!

In reading the comments that followed the story on RGW, one alleging an ethics complaint filed against Gerry Hough for improperly obtaining a rape victim’s school records caught the eye of many of our readers.

We decided to elaborate with all the documents included in our investigation after an associate retrieved all the pertinent documents from the West Virginia Supreme Court.
We found the outcome to fall right into place of special privileges for the Elite and even though Gerry Hough was found to be in the wrong, he received no punishment although guilt and fault were found.
Gerry Hough set a precedent involving illegal actions taken against rape victims at GSC! You will find out for yourself as you the reader are educated to the facts during this GSC RAPE HISTORY 101 lesson, a course best taught when discussing the misconduct of Gerald B Hough!
Hough was appointed to represent a man by the name of Wilkie Perez, who’d been accused of raping Anita Phillips-Wiseman. Of course, both were GSC students during these early moments in GSC RAPE History…
In November of that year, Hough asked for, and received, Phillips-Wiseman’s transcripts leading the registrar’s office to believe he was her adviser (who is allowed to see a student’s transcripts). He was able to do that since at the time, in addition to being an attorney, he was also a GSC faculty member.

After Wiseman-Phillips found out,that Hough had obtained her records illegally and in a fraudulent manner, she filed a compliant against Hough with the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
That very sad outcome for the community was that no action was taken against Hough clearing the way for many more rapes to come and many more cover-ups with a model case to bring forth the proper guidelines .
Hough was only “cautioned” about his actions, and made to reimburse ODC the $400 it cost to conduct its investigation.
The reason the Lawyer Disciplinary Board opted to give Hough a slap on the wrist was due to the fact he was a new attorney, and sole practitioner. Also, felt the written reprimand and denial of a pay raise instituted by then GSC President Thomas Powell was sufficient punishment, but truly the matter was criminal and now the public has a real good up close documented look at …

Glenville Police Chief Moss heard banging, knocks, kicks, screams and then more loud banging on the doors, windows or walls,” Moss told the court, and it was obvious Chief Moss was shocked and dismayed with the strange and unusual behavior by Timothy B Butcher! Moss stopped the interview and opened a door to see what the commotion was about. He told the court he saw a man he believed to be an assistant coach from the college and a few of Davis’ friends outside. He shut the door, intending to resume the interview, but there was more banging at the rear of the building. Moss testified he went out the back door and was confronted by Glenville attorney, Tim Butcher. According to Moss, Butcher demanded that he allow friends of Erik Davis the RAPE SUSPECT to be present during the ongoing interview. Veteran police officers said after the trial, unlike the scenario Butcher suggested, one of the first cardinal rules taught to policeman is to always interview witnesses or suspects alone. “It kind of surprised me,” Moss told the court. “He (Butcher) made a few threats, including that he’d get me fired,” Moss testified. Moss admitted to the court he became very angry at Butcher! “I more or less slammed the door in his face,” Moss told the court. Erik Davis at his trial was accused of raping a drunk 17 year old, the GSC football player walked on the charges! Protected by the BARR CODE!

In a close knit community where everyone knows your name, how do you have a person run for City Council that doesn’t even vote their own ballot? How do you bring back the very person who left the seat with no desire to return? Why do you have a college student for Mayor? Why are people running for office in your county who have never voted or exhibited any interest in local government of any kind and have absolutely no investment in the community and winning or darn close to it?
Are these elected offices just place holders for GSC and those who will follow its direction? It seems so to me.
The same thing has gone on with the County Commission for years. Here we sit with a new commissioner that has never even owned a piece of property in the very county that elected him to office.
Reta Kight is walking her dog and already greasing the wheels behind the scenes during these HOT DOG DAYS of SUMMER and is planning some type of scheme to pull the wool over the eye's of the community and get back on the Gilmer County Commission where she can be a shot caller for Ike Morris again!
No history other than a very few years at the Recreation Center which seems to be the only place he’s comfortable and the type of job he’s good at. No experience, no education, no investment but willing to do anything for a vote and the backing of the power mongers to say it’s just OK.
What’s next on the agenda?
An educated guess says it will be to try and bring back his backer Reta Kight and his new commission consultant Larry Chapman.
That should be an interesting scenario. Brian Kennedy has already tried to pull a Chapman and claim he is now the Commissioner from the Center Magisterial District because he moved from Walnut Street to Normantown well after his election.
That creates a problem because Charles Hess sits as the Center District Commissioner. What a dilemma!
In the case of Gilmer County’s local political scene it consists of social interactions involving authority or power and the methods and tactics our local politicians use to formulate and apply the policies which best assists them in keeping that authority and power conveyed by their elected position.
Just ask Mayor Tashua Allman and the Glenville City Council. Although Glenville consists of about 1.1 square miles of land it is ruled with a heavy hand. Remember the gag orders mandated after the election?
Well the County Commission has nothing on Mayor Allman and her Council.

The Mayor posted a PUBLIC COMMENT POLICY in the Glenville paper. In the very first paragraph it states that “No person shall be permitted to speak from a location other than standing before the Council”. Well, SIEG HEIL Mayor!
Some of our own council persons may find it difficult to stand for the graciously allotted 5 minutes. Have you forgotten the high number of Senior, disabled and handicapped citizens residing in our town.
Whatever can you be thinking power elite?
From the beginning policy of public officials proves that they have no consideration for or any knowledge regarding those you were elected to serve.
No one would say you do not have the right to conduct a civilized meeting and establish the rules of proper conduct, but to insist that any person wishing to speak must fill out a public comment request form is ludicrous. Are you trying to stop the less educated citizen or those who may not be able to see well from having their say in their government? The bet is on that you are. After all, what could they possibly have to say that would be of any interest to you? No email or phone registrations accepted. What about those who can no longer drive or may have transportation problems? Who will be there before a meeting to get the paper work done so a person can speak knowing they will probably not be given any answers?

Tampon Tashua the Youngest Mayor, graduate of GSC and back up the hill to GSC as an employee. This Mayor serves no one but Peter Barr and friends who were oh so disappointed when her fellow student did not win the election for a Council position and her boyfriend was fired as Recreation Center Director. Therefore, in order to show us who’s boss, the policies which have long been in place and which permitted conversation between the Mayor, the Council and the taxpayers must be changed and/or strictly enforced.
The very idea of commoners thinking they can just talk with the Rulers of the elite about anything other than animal control and tall grass could not be considered by those that think they are better than we are. Every taxpayer in the incorporation needs to carefully read this piece — a lot of rules are laid down.
But, don’t let any of this city council bullshit fool you, the big idea during this DOG DAYS of SUMMER thing …is to stay a jump ahead and thoughts are all about how to open a door for Kight to run when Hess retires but not by West Virginia Code. Kennedy had to live in the magisterial district he was elected to represent. He will be the City Commissioner until his term is up! Kight lives on Kanawha (City District) and there can not be two Commissioners from the same district.
Chapman tried that when he moved to DeKalb and it didn’t work and he could not change his seating from Glenville District to DeKalb until his term was up and he ran for office again.
Don’t be fooled Gilmer County, they will try it, the word is already out. If that fails they will try to run Chapman if Hess retires and Reta Kight will have to fend for herself against Kennedy if he decides to run next term(or maybe not if he runs for Magistrate or Sheriff).

Douglas Darrell Cottrill – Was in possession of a pill bottle with prescription tag for Lortab and the name of Ike Morris on it. In the bottle was a bindle of COCAINE.
In the pill bottle eight and one half yellow pills were found with the numbers 3601 imprinted on one side and V on the other (Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen).
Mr. Cottrill had no prescription for them. Again Cottrill agreed he was in possession of cocaine, that was found in the bottle with the name of IKE MORRIS. Two bags of weed were also found by Police.
The Lewisburg Police Department reported that, Douglas Darrell Cottrill of Glenville, Gilmer County West Virginia was arrested on Thursday, July 28, 2011, in Greenbrier County during the Greenbrier Classics event.
Lewisburg Police Officer Brandon McCormick was on a routine traffic run at the intersection of Rt. 219 and Rt. 60 in downtown Lewisburg Greenbrier County WV, when he noticed a Red Jeep entering the intersection without its headlights on when it was dark.
The officer noticed the driver and passenger had two open containers and a box of beer in the back seat as they were passing by when he yelled for them to pull over in the parking lot nearby.
To makes matters worse, the officer discovered a tail light on the vehicle was also out, and then the officer could smell that marijuana was being smoked.
By clicking on the above link in green you can read the arrest report for yourself, and see that at 2130 hrs on 28 July Doug Cottrill was arrested and booked on 29 July. Included in the driving with open container, were the drug charges clearly noted on the arrest report.

Oh for sure Gerry Hough got the victim’s transcripts “not to embarrass or burden” her but to help out his client the alleged rapist. What do the defense attorneys do in a rape case? They berate, degrade and belittle the victim so that the jury will believe she “asked for it”.
Per the documentation provided, Defense Attorney Hough could not deny he acquired that girl’s transcripts through deceit and that should have been enough to warrant sanction by the Disciplinary Board
His own attorney equated the value of the charges to jaywalking. What a disgrace!
Why did the girl’s own attorney let her testify that Hough only got the transcripts to “help Wilkie” not to embarrass or burden her which was the only case they needed to make to ensure that sanction. Why would any capable attorney let that happen?
The board tried to back out and the appeals court sent it back to them. The fix was in and Hough made his bones to ensure he’d be allowed to run for Prosecutor. Why else would he say Prosecutor DeMarino brought a rape case, indicted by grand jury, forward for “Political Purposes”? He even stated that he had tried to find a political connection between Shelly and her client as a reason she should not have handled the case.
Hough admitted knowing the girl at the college and discussing the para- legal course with her. Why didn’t he excuse himself from that case and advise the alleged rapist to find another attorney since they were both GSC students and he taught there? Seemed an obvious conflict of interest, yet Hough felt the County Prosecutor should not have represented the victim and charge his client for political reasons? Please wake me up when the BS is over.
These transcripts could only come out of Gilmer County. It seems evident that Hough’s agenda was to cremate the girl’s reputation on the stand to protect a GSC quarterback for future personal gain in the political arena.
The slap on the hand he received because he was too inexperienced having only done fiduciary work it was his first real case, “green as grass” and according to him had no legal advisors available to guide him seems a set up. There were at least three other experienced attorneys located on Main Street at the time and Phil Reale was around the corner.
The college did what they could but kept it quiet, Hough’s office kept it under wraps in the mean time so he won the election while another rapist went free and a young girl paid the price. How could she possibly pass a lie detector after being accused of trying to ruin the good name of the college and the promise of what would happen to her reputation if she continued?
Can we believe there is an expert at the Sand Fork barracks who administers these tests any time at the drop of a hat on state of the art equipment? The cost to Hough was $400 and no raise. Total cost to the community has yet to be determined but this pattern of permitting females to be sexually assaulted and abused with no punishment must stop.Being a quarterback at GSC is not an entitlement program for sex.
Are the only ones under protection of the law in Gilmer County in the family?
Given recent reports I’m not to sure they would protect them if it effected an election..

I was told the family of Anita Phillips-Wiseman, the girl that was victim of the rape by Wilkie the star quarterback for the football team was bribed to protect Wilkie Perez since he was headed for a career at WVU. And obviously so was the young woman’s lawyer,big football fan, took the money and blew off the case. Now that I have re-lived those days by going over these documents posted in this article, I am upset as hell about the whole damn thing! These people in Gilmer County truly are evil, they have always been evil, they were evil years ago, and they will be nothing but evil in the future.
I was upset then and it just makes me more upset to think those self serving sob’s that are members of the local elite have female children and can not see the worth of any young girl beyond those in the family.
Their actions are despicable. And I am not just talking about Judge Facemire when I mention the word despicable!

The substance was subsequently field tested which also showed it to be Marijuana.
Upon being Mirandized, Douglas Darrell Cottrill of Glenville agreed that it was Marijuana.
The officer also found a pill bottle with prescription tag for Lortab and the name of Ike Morris on it.
Upon opening the bottle eight and one half yellow pills were found with the numbers 3601 imprinted on one side and V on the other (Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen).
After investigation, it was found that Mr. Cottrill had no prescription for them.
Also in the pill bottle was a little bag wrapped up containing white powder appearing to be cocaine, and the substance was subsequently field tested which also showed to be positive for cocaine.
Again Cottrill agreed that it was cocaine.
Now what were we a sayin about the MORRIS-Cocaine connection just the other day?

e) the man somehow obtained the discarded pill bottle and he filled it with the controlled substances.

At the last meeting of the County Commission on Tuesday August 2nd Karen Elkin Gilmer County Circuit Clerk suggested that it was not necessary for the county to pay for the phone system to several companies and not be able to get the service when needed.
Karen politely suggested that one company should take care of the system.
Elkin then questioned about shoring up the floor for cabinet units that were setup at the jail so the county could get reimbursed.
She said she agreed with that because the floor at her office needed re-enforced.
She said, ” Some of the units are in the jail which make it impossible to have staff in both places especially where there is no phone.”
Karen asked for the floor shore up to support the cabinet in the place they are supposed to be.
After that report, Mr. Kennedy became upset with Court Clerk Karen Elkin and what he thought was a dumb shit request … I mean really, actually asking for work to be done? And then the Walrus, Brian Kennedy jumped off like a mean dog and a told Karen she was in no position to demand the work, however the commission agreed to get someone to reinforce the floor for the cabinets. Karen, very politely left center stage all the while sniffing at the air, and then casually glanced at this reporter and said, “Do you smell something?” “Do you smell that smell?” Then Karen gave a quick head nod in the direction of the Walrus that we all know is not Paul.
“I thought it smelled like Ass in here!” Karen said loudly and boldly, to which I had no reply, only a smile as I searched the room for Dave Corcoran and Cassandra Huff, for I was hoping to get the stoned out perspective on the meeting later on, but neither showed.

Dirty politics is the driving force in Gilmer County West Virginia. Where else can a potential candidate for Prosecuting Attorney defend himself against a disciplinary action on the basis of the charges being brought for political reasons? No explanation was given of why he thought it was OK to use his status as a college professor to gain illegal access to a student’s record to defend her alleged attacker. Nothing more than a gee I’m sorry I got caught for the victim and pay the college $400 for a recorded $700-800 in progress investigation estimated to exceed $1,000. The man now makes over $84,000 a year from the county position and his salary at the Summersville campus is unknown. Meanwhile the rapes continue with no investigation beyond character assassination of the victims while murderers go free and un-investigated or receive minimum sentences despite air tight cases.
The county schools were taken over by the state causing an eminently qualified, officially contracted Superintendent to be the ONE JOB LOST as a result of that politically driven action to protect the very people who failed to protect the schools from such a fate by deliberate inaction on a required facilities plan. The plan was completed in time for the new state appointed Superintendent who will present it to the newly organized committee but not in time to present it to the state board and prevent this catastrophe though the difference in timing was only a very few weeks. We have not even seen any indication that the administrator who failed to achieve the goal in a timely manner will even be moved to a different position let alone subject to any investigative evaluation.
A well known college philanthropist/businessman has one of his employees and around town business coordinators arrested in possession of multiple narcotics with some of those drugs bearing the bosses name, under the influence of alcohol and a reported GSC Basketball Coach in the vehicle holding an open container. Shall we wager on how much jail time this man or his party cohort will do? Will the Coach continue at the college and lead the way for a few more students to keep their easy access to drugs? Is there one innocent left in Gilmer County who does not believe one or both of them will walk on home confinement, fines or some combination thereof as a result of connections to the top of the political food chain and that GSC will deny, deny, deny? Not if they want to be happy in Gilmer County!

After publishing the initial police report on the arrest of Douglas Darrell Cottrill in Greenbrier County for possession of various drugs on the Gilmer Free Press, we have done extensive inquiry about the matter.
Based upon independent interviews with various parties, the prescription drugs illegally in the possession of Doug Cottrill, were not willingly supplied by Mr. Ike Morris or any of his family members.
In fact, the Morris family claimed they had no knowledge of the prescription being in Cottrill’s possession until they read the narrative set forth in the Gilmer Free Press.
Moreover, Doug Cottrill had informed Mr. Morris of his arrest for DUI, without any mention of possession of any drugs.
We have been unable at this point to ask Doug Cottrill himself as to why he was in possession of prescription medicine not belonging to him.
Editors note: It’s always nice to hear IKE’s take on things, but his rebuttal to the facts written in a police report truly matter not. What matters are the facts written in the police report.

Even for that dude Doug Cottrill to be in possession of that pill bottle with the prescription in it is a crime, but he was not charged with that crime.

08/08/11 A Gilmer County man is behind bars facing several charges after reports say he lead police on a chase Saturday night, according to the Glenville Police Department.
Thomas Bonnell, 36, has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance, third offense driving on a revoked license, and fleeing from an officer.
Police say that they saw a van driving the wrong way on a one way street, and attempted to pull the driver over.
Bonnell allegedly got out of the van and took off on foot, leading police on a chase for more than 100 yards.
Officers went back to the van, and that’s where they allegedly found about 51 grams of Marijuana along with scales and drug paraphernalia.
Bonnell is being held on $35,000.00 bond.

My dads side of the family is very rich, but also very racist . Some family members found out that I had sexual relations with a black boy from our community. John Robert Carder, 33, from Linn, WV is behind bars for multiple sexual abuse charges.
Carder is charged with 4 counts of sexual abuse of a child by a person of trust, and 4 counts of sexual assault in the second degree.
According to Gilmer County Sheriff Deputies, Carder allegedly gave a young girl alcohol and then performed sexual acts on her.
Carder is at Central Regional Jail on a $100,000.00 bond.

I live in Glenville and know how this town is all too well. I would like to thank the Cal Patty Press and all the people involved in the underground websites, for doing the only accurate reporting on Fred Hill and the awful murder. Unfortunately besides putting a banner up on the side of the common place restaurant the family of Fred Hill did not keep up with media and law enforcement about this case, and the local law enforcement just made it go away. It happened just like the Cal Patty Press said it would happen and all the locals agreed then and all the locals agree now. The local public officials were afraid the missing Fred Hill was going to ruin the town’s name. The towns name has already pretty much been ruined anyway, the way I see it! The Fred Hill death just gave it a worse name because even the average run of the mill person off the street can figure this one out. You can’t cover up the crimes and all the attempts at cover ups in Gilmer County forever. I heard that some people know who killed Fred, but they are waiting to confront that person at the right time and place. A few vigilant citizens are sick of the selective law enforcement that has been getting more and more selective. It is time to take matters into our own hands and wash the dirt off of them, for who else is really going to accomplish the task of what is wrong and what is right, certainly none of the elite.

Judge David W. Nibert this week ordered the Calhoun Commission to pay legal fees incurred by resigned deputy sheriff Ron Bandy.
Calhoun prosecutor Rocky Holmes said the legal bill will be somewhere between $30,000 and $50,000. The commission has yet to receive the order.
Bandy’s legal expenses are related to criminal charges brought against him by the West Virginia State Police and former prosecutor Matt Minney, saying he took guns and items from an elderly Calhoun couple’s house after they had been placed in a nursing home.
The Calhoun sheriff held a conservator-ship, a care-taking of the couples estate.
The case against Bandy was dismissed in November, 2007, by Judge Thomas Evans III, after special prosecutor Gerry Hough said there was insufficient evidence to indicate a crime had been committed, and that the state could not prove criminal intent.
Bandy had been indicted on eight counts by a Calhoun grand jury following an investigation by the WV State Police: one count of grand larceny, three counts of burglary, three counts of conspiracy, all felonies, and one misdemeanor count for destruction of property.
Judge Nibert overturned a decision by the Calhoun Deputy Sheriff’s Civil Service Board that said the county was not liable for Bandy’s legal fees. The Calhoun Commission had concurred with their decision.
The fee is owed to John R. Teare, Jr., Bandy’s attorney, who is also his brother-in-law.
It is hard to understand but Todd Smith was released this week into the Huntington Work Release Program. He is picking up trash along the roads and can walk out at any time. The guards watching him are not allowed to carry a gun or weapon. He is scheduled to be paroled the first of October. Judge Alsop threw out the charges of Threatening an Officer of The Court. I haven’t slept for two nights…Say a prayer for our county as so many of us have been victimized by him.

We did our best to expose the wrongdoing and corruption involving HOT TODDY in Calhoun County, and then he came over to Gilmer County and buddied right up to Gerald B Hough prosecutor for Gilmer County right after he assaulted his girlfriend right in the middle of town. Hough lets him walk and 7 months later almost to the day Kelli Nicole Stamper Lawson aka Lunacy Lucy was dead in the bed of Todd Smith and you know he killed her. The SS is on your side that is for sure.
